Sea7Beauty Home Salon (hereinafter referred to as "Sea7Beauty," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional home salon services, including waxing and massage treatments, tailored to meet our clients' individual needs. By booking an appointment with Sea7Beauty, you ("the client" or "you") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any of our services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sea7Beauty Home Salon services.
By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Sea7Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Sea7Beauty uses high-quality waxing products and professional techniques. However, individual skin reactions may vary.
Some clients may experience temporary redness, irritation, bumps, or allergic reactions due to their unique skin sensitivities.
These reactions result from the client’s skin type and are not caused by the waxing process or products used.
By booking a waxing service, the client accepts the risk of potential reactions and acknowledges that Sea7Beauty is not liable for any post-treatment effects.
Clients must inform Sea7Beauty of any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before the appointment.
Clients are responsible for following the therapist’s pre- and post-waxing care instructions.
Sea7Beauty shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, skin irritation, or breakouts after the service.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in irritation or other skin reactions for which Sea7Beauty holds no responsibility.
Clients must disclose any existing medical conditions, including but not limited to high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, recent surgeries, injuries, or pregnancy, before booking a massage.
If a client arrives under the influence of alcohol or other substances, the therapist reserves the right to refuse the service, and the full-service fee may be charged.
Sea7Beauty is not responsible for any adverse effects arising from the client’s pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose relevant health information.
Pregnant clients must notify Sea7Beauty during booking to arrange a suitable massage.
Due to potential health risks, we do not offer massages during the first trimester.
A pregnancy-safe massage using gentle techniques will ensure comfort and safety.
Sea7Beauty strongly advises pregnant clients, particularly those with high-risk pregnancies, to consult their healthcare provider before booking a massage.
Our licensed therapists follow professional massage techniques and adjust the pressure based on client feedback.
Sea7Beauty shall not be held liable for any discomfort, pain, or adverse reactions experienced during or after the session.
If a client experiences discomfort during the massage, they are required to inform the therapist immediately.
The client assumes full responsibility for any outcomes following the massage, as the service is performed according to professional standards.
All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to therapist availability.
Clients are required to provide accurate contact details and the correct location when booking.
A location-based service fee of AED 50–150 will be applied and confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment must be completed through the payment link before the therapist is dispatched.
The booking may be canceled if the payment is not completed before the appointment.
Payment confirmations are sent via email or SMS to the client.
Cancellations made less than three (3) hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
If the therapist has arrived at the client’s location, the full-service fee will be charged, regardless of cancellation.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least three (3) hours before the appointment time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, and Sea7Beauty reserves the right to decline requests made after the specified time frame.
If the client is unresponsive or unavailable at the time of the therapist’s arrival, the appointment may be canceled, and the full-service fee will be charged.
If the client anticipates being late, they must inform Sea7Beauty immediately.
In case of a delay caused by the therapist, the client will be informed promptly, and a new appointment time will be arranged if necessary.
Sea7Beauty ensures transparent communication regarding any schedule changes.
Sea7Beauty and its therapists follow industry standards to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Sea7Beauty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using its services, including but not limited to personal injury or discomfort.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sea7Beauty harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the client’s failure to disclose pertinent health information or follow post-treatment care instructions.
Sea7Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any updates will be available on our website, and clients are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
By booking and availing of Sea7Beauty services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge providing accurate and complete information regarding your health and skin conditions.
